Who we are

With KAKAO by Caro, I wanted to create more than just chocolate.

I wanted to give everyone the chance to gift something truly unforgettable. Each bonbon and bar is a little piece of art, crafted to wow at first sight and delight at first bite. I use a rich 58% gourmet Belgian dark chocolate as the base, and all my fillings are made completely without dairy, because I believe the cows deserve a break too!

My 15 years in hospitality taught me that exceptional service and customer satisfaction are everything. To me, everyone is a VIP, and I bring that same passion for care and attention into every order I prepare. My mission is to share amazing quality treats with as many people as I can, because in my heart, I believe there’s nothing chocolate can’t cure — especially when it’s gifted with love.
