Bonjour, I’m Caroline !

I grew up in the French Caribbean and have been living in the UK for many years, sharing my love for desserts and sweet creations as a pastry chef for over 14 years. Chocolate has always been my obsession — its artistry, its richness, and the joy it brings when shared.

I created KAKAO by Caro to combine that passion with my love for gifting. Each piece is hand-painted, dairy-free, and crafted to be as beautiful and shiny as it is delicious. For me, it’s not just chocolate — it’s a way to make people happy, to show love, and to celebrate life’s sweetest moments.
